Please try following steps to start the Anvi Smart Defender engine.
1. After you install Anvi Smart Defender, please go to Start-->Run, type services.msc to locate the Service menu.
2. Please check the statue of Anvi Smart Defender Realtime Guard Service or asdsrv service is started. If the statue if not started, please right-clicking on the item to start the service.
3. Run Anvi Smart Defender full scan to check if the problem is still on.
If above method can not fix the problem, please reinstall Anvi Smart Defender and then run full scan to test if the engine can start.
If above tips can not help you start the program engine, please try custom scan (select all drives) or quick scan to remove the virus.
