Smart defender not working

Just got moneypak virus came here to get rid of it. But got to the step with using this program and it starts and says initialization is in progress and won't start scanning. Tried restarting, reinstalling and starting over from step 1 and nothing. Now what? Please help!

Please try following steps to start the Anvi Smart Defender engine.

1. After you install Anvi Smart Defender, please go to Start-->Run, type services.msc to locate the Service menu.
2. Please check the statue of Anvi Smart Defender Realtime Guard Service or asdsrv service is started. If the statue if not started, please right-clicking on the item to start the service.
3. Run Anvi Smart Defender full scan to check if the problem is still on.
If above method can not fix the problem, please reinstall Anvi Smart Defender and then run full scan to test if the engine can start.

If above tips can not help you start the program engine, please try custom scan (select all drives) or quick scan to remove the virus.

Ok got to the trying to start defender and getting error message stating error 1084 this service cannot be started in safe mOde. Now what?

Also reinstalled. Wasn't able to uninstall previous anvisoft defender, just reinstalled and rebooted and same issue...

In Windows Normal Mode, can you start Anvi Smart Defender service?

I try to reboot into safe mode with networking and I encounter the same problem as you.

I am having the same issue. Have tried the steps listed here-- no help. Has there been any resolution to the problem?

Have tried quick custom and full scan. Also got the 1084 error that cant operate in safe mode. Any other suggestions?

I apologize for the problem. The problem has been forwarded to Anvisoft research and development team for investigation.

The issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience. We will release Anvi Smart Defender 1.8 version this week and the problem will get fixed.
