Go to Start> Run> Type C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts in the search box, and press Enter.
Open the hosts file with Notepad, and you should see below image.
For Windows XP or for Windows Server 2003, there should be only:
127.0.0.1 localhost
For Windows 7, there should be only:
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
For Windows Vista or for Windows Server 2008, there should be only:
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
