Windows Virtual Angel is a rogue program from the notorious FakeVimes family, with only different name but the same old story to trick people. It infects the target system via some trojans and the aftermathes of the infection could be listed as totally messed up system, slow computer performances, sensitive data leak, interruoted networking activities, and exposeure to a variety of infections from the Internet. it is a nasty infection to stay in the system for no reason. Never take it seriously and remove it upon sight.
