Step 3> Find $Recycle.Bin associated files in your computer and remove all of them completely.

In the registry editor. Search and find $Recycle.Bin associated registry entries showing below and delete them all.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System “DisableRegedit” = 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “Random”
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\{ rnd }
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current\Winlogon\”Shell” = “{ random}”
