How do I get rid of Claro Search engine?

I am new here. I have problem that I get Claro search engine on my Google Chrome.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall it. But it did not work.

I am not IT guy. This is a little difficult for me. However with the help of my boyfriend, I manage to get rid of claro search engine.
TDSKiller killed the Trojan, and Anvi Smart Defender also detect and remove threats.
But I still have problem on my computer, Mystart.Incredibar.com takes my homepage. My boyfriend tried to change the homepage, but it always come back.

Is there possibility to get my homepage back? I have take Mystart.Incredibar.com as my homepage?
