Postby tbeattie » 2013-10-04 18:48

I caint even get into safe mode no mater what I do it alyays returns to a screen whith a box in the middle.
The box reads.

Password/unlock key
Unlock Key Hint Number 2269064E

ctrl/alt/del gets the same screen
power on hitting F8 gets same screen
Fn while hitting F8 gets same screen
Cannot boot from DVD drive

So how do I get the unlock key?
I will hunt them down and kill them before I pay $300 to them

Hi,

Sorry for delay reply. I apologize for any problem caused to you.

From the message, it seems that Anvi Rescue Disk just skip the hard drive. It happens that your
hard drive is not supported by Anvi Rescue Disk and it is unalbe to repair the virus on it.

Could you please try alternative rescue disk to recover your PC?

I would like to recommend you use Kaspersky rescue disk to kill the ransomware virus and unlock your computer.

To get the rescue disk file, please go to link below and download the latest version of rescue disk 10 to recover your computer.

http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk#downloads

The usage of Kaspersky rescue disk is similar to Anvi Rescue disk. Please have a try.

Hi,

Some unwanted toolbar or add-on may install on your web browser that cause unexpected crashing.

I highly recommend you check your web browser and remove any suspicious add-on.

For Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome, click on Chrome menu button. Go to Tools → Extensions, select unwanted extension and click trashcan icon to remove it.

For Firefox

Open Mozilla Firefox. Go to Tools → Add-ons. Select Extensions. Choose unwanted extension and then Click on Disable or Remove button to remove it.
